Kate runs the client engagement programme office for LEF and is responsible for shaping and overseeing client processes including onboarding and ongoing engagement. She works closely with advisory and research to ensure that all LEF client commitments are delivered with impact and on time.
She is passionate (some might say obsessive) about delivering excellent customer service. With over 20 years’ experience in the Technology industry, including roles in programme management, marketing communications, events and community management, Kate is also an advocate for applying LEFs research to LEF and is always looking to help the team learn and improve.
Kate has developed a significant interest in psychology, particularly around how people learn and how they apply that learning into their roles. A keen cyclist, clay shooter and horse-rider (not all at the same time), Kate loves the outdoors and enjoys country living.
