Ibrahim Jackson is Regional Director and Head of North America for LEF. In this position, Ibrahim works with clients across all research domains to use recent research in resolving their most pressing business issues, delivering additional value from our network of practitioners and published materials. Ibrahim is also a core member of the Business Relationship Management (BRM) instructor team.
Ibrahim spent more than 15 years with The Estee Lauder Companies and has been a leader in Business Relationship Management globally, bridging and sustaining strong relationships between IT, global brands and corporate functions. He has led digital efforts for consumer facing technologies and productivity enhancements for enterprise efficiency.
Ibrahim holds a BA in Business Management from Kaplan University and is a certified Business Relationship Management Professional and trainer.
