Bob Barker is responsible for the digital skills component of the 21st Century Human Programme, including immersive workshops, online courses and Train the Trainer, as well as researching and developing LEF’s partner base around this topic. He helps clients design the best resources for developing digital mindsets, future skill sets and behaviours that have a positive impact on the individual at work and home as well as the organizational impact on culture, productivity and collaboration.
With over 35 years in the technology industry, Bob has worked as an executive in companies including Oracle, SAS, NCR in the UK and internationally, and has considerable expertise in personal branding and teaching executives about social media, particularly the broader requirement for Executive digital skills upgrades.
Bob is a keen sailor, drone flyer (not near Gatwick), empty nester and Cockerpoo owner and walker. Bob sits on the board of a school development company and is an active member of Hillsong Church Tonbridge (a 21st Century Church) where he coaches people on the digital skills that will help them find new jobs.
