Robina Chatham

Dr Robina Chatham is a Research Associate for LEF, where she is a core member of the Business Relationship Management team, helping clients drive greater business value through powerful business relationship management.

Robina qualified as both Mechanical Engineer and Neuroscientist. She started her career in the shipbuilding industry, where she pioneered the introduction of computing onto the shop floor. She subsequently followed a career in IT, which culminated in the position of European IT Director for a leading merchant bank. In 1996, Robina joined Cranfield School of Management as a Lecturer in Management Information Systems, where she focused on the people issues associated with IT and change and placing IT on the strategic agenda.

Robina is also an external examiner for both the University of Central England and Nottingham University, and is the author of multiple books, including, Building a Winning Team (published by BCS, May 2017), The Art of Management: Practical Tools, Techniques and People Skills (published by BCS, November 2016) and 30 Key Questions That Unlock Management: How do I...? (published by IT Governance, 2012).
