At LEF, Richard leads a global multi-client programme of research, thought leadership & advisory services, which help clients to challenge conventional assumptions and make better-informed decisions around how technology can benefit their businesses. In DXC Technology, he advises senior clients and their teams on shaping and executing their tech-driven business transformations as well as helping to shape particular DXC strategies and sales campaigns.
Richard has over 20 years' experience in the technology & services market. He has held a variety of Sales and Marketing positions both nationally and internationally, firstly with NCR Corp and AT&T – primarily in the Financial Services marketplace – and latterly with CSC Index Consulting & CSC prior to his current role at the LEF where he has full P&L responsibility for the business.
Richard holds an MA in International Relations and Contemporary War from King's College, London, a BA Hons in Business Administration from the University of Wales. Richard is a regular on public platforms/panels, discussing key issues/opportunities facing senior leaders around technology choices.
