Ash’s expertise is in resolving the soft culture, organisation, people and leadership issues which all too often derail change and transformation. Clients use Ash as a friendly, engaging but challenging provocateur to agitate thinking, as a sparring partner to activate action, and as a facilitator to accelerate delivery. He has deep grounded practitioner experience in large digital transformations—particularly in regulated industries and smart cities.
Prior to LEF, Ash was on Microsoft’s EMEA SLT and led the firm’s competitive strategy transformation. At Gartner’s Research Board and META Group, he advised leaders in the world’s largest companies. He also served as a technology futurist at SRI International.
Ash mentors in entrepreneurship at London Business School and has created and run several start-ups includes BloodyIT, the first specialist consultancy focused on culture, organization and the leadership aspects of technology transformation. He is a BCS fellow.
Ash is married to Ro, an acupuncturist, and serves four demanding dogs.
