Identity/Strategy

 

The problem: We have come from an era where strategy = planning. We are weaker at strategy = meaning/identity/narrative. Plans alone are too rigid; when the world changes we have nothing. We run the risk of ceasing to make sense to customers, employees and other stakeholders as the digital world evolves.

The solution: Build compelling identities and narratives around ‘who we are and what we mean in a digital world’, ‘where we play and how we win’, and ‘what capabilities we need’. Stress test them against potential scenarios.
