The Field Engineer of the Future – An LEF Xperience Lab Case Study

We have long stressed in our research that the consumerization of information technology is just getting started, and thus the need for double-deep learning continues.  However, the nature of the required learning is changing, from improving productivity inside the office, the action is now shifting to the ‘edge’ and to the marketplace.

This case study in partnership with National Grid (an electricity and gas utility services company) showcases our Xperience Lab and how multiple consumer technologies have been used in NG for business value whilst also improving the digital culture of the firm and nurturing the next generation of double-deep digital leaders.
