Co-Creating Value with your Customers and Stakeholders

As individuals – customers, employees, partners or other stakeholders – become more informed, connected and empowered, the future of innovation lies in engaging individuals as stakeholders to create value together. Co-creation is a core component of the outside-in movement, one that will require the deployment of effective platforms of engagement.

For more than a decade, Venkat has explored the potential of co-creation in many of the world’s largest firms. In this session, he presented the thinking behind his latest book, The Co-Creation Paradigm, as well as recent examples of co-creation in action, while providing an approach and methodology for firms seeking to develop a co-creation mindset and strategy.
