Building the 21st Century Organization – Presented on 3 November 2016 at European LEF Executive Forum, London

It is becoming clearer and clearer that to succeed in the next decade will require broad and bold reimagining of how we do every aspect of business, from sensing and learning, through redesigning our digital identities, product and service portfolios, strategies for talent and exploitation of the matrix. We have sleepwalked into the 21st century with 20th century business, operating and financial models that just aren’t cutting it.

In this important one-day conference, world class experts, prominent business/IT leaders and LEF researchers will discuss and demonstrate various aspects of building the 21st century organization.  Through a series of thought provoking presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and company case examples, we will show you how to frame your business’s digital journey, and some of the key leverage points on that journey.
