21st Century Human Upgrade Programme

Immersive digital learning experiences for the 21st century organization

Executives are falling behind because technology is advancing so fast and people’s digital skills and thinking aren't keeping up. At LEF, we believe its time for an upgrade and we have created the 21st Century Human Upgrade Programme with a mixture of hands-on haptic learning with latest consumer technology, as well as a structured approach to improving digital skills based on the 21st Century Human capability model. LEF bring these immersive learning experiences to you.

We believe you can’t build the 21st century organization without first having individuals equipped with 21st century human digital skills and a digital mindset. These align to drive the future of the organization. We offer two versions of the programme to help effect change, improve the digital literacy of your employees and generate innovative ideas for your organization:

  • Developing Digital Mindsets - EXPLORE
One-day immersive experience with focus on hands-on workshops and business case development
  • Developing Digital Skills - EDUCATE
One or Two-day deep-dive immersive experience including digital skills coaching and hands-on haptic learning

By commissioning a 21st Century Human Upgrade Programme, your organization will benefit from:

Making executives digitally relevant

Making change
Creating a catalyst for new ideas/innovation through development of a mastermind group during the Xlab experience to spark new business opportunities.
